About Us

Michael Frank Waters was born on October 11, 1954. He grew up in Lawton, Oklahoma, and attended Cameron University there for a degree in English. After a couple small newspaper jobs he returned to school for a Masters in Journalism at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, where he lives. He works at the University as the adviser for all of their student law journals.

Jennifer Sharon Payne was born on March 25, 1983. I grew up in Redmond, Washington before moving to Kirkland when I was 11. I attended Bellevue Community College and the University of Washington for a degree in History. I worked at Aerojet (in Redmond) for four years, then joined the Navy in September, 2010, for six years as a Sonar Technician.
